RELAXATION/SWEDISH

​for unwinding and relaxing!

THERAPUTIC/DEEP TISSUE                                                                            
​Starting this massage by warming
up the tissues to then be able to access 
​deeper layers and muscles. Trigger point
​therapy and deep pressure techniques to deliver
pressure to those tight sore muscles that need
extra work. 

LOMI LOMI                                                                                                          
​A Hawaiian based massage by using a gentle
but deep approach. The forearms are used like
the movement of waves. The word Lomi Lomi
simply means massage. What it is, is a unique
healing massage derived from the ancient Polynesians
and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii.
It uses hands, forearms, elbows and gingers for a very
connective massage!

REFLEXOLOGY                                                                                                   
​Using finger and thumb pressure to
​access points in feet and hands. A very 
​relaxing treatment. This technique is used 
by accessing reflexes on the feet that correspond
to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body.
It's an excellent choice to get the "whole body" worked
on by just using the feet. It truly is way more than just
a foot rub!

YOUTH                                                                                                        
​A great way to introduce muscle awareness.
Many youth are enrolled in sports and may

for this service.

​Bringing massage therapy to your home or vacation
property. Great for bachelorette parties or family vacations.
Please make sure to make an advance reservations to 
accommodate full party. A large enough space to set up table is required for
in home services.

ADD ON 's 
             
RAINDROP                                            add $40 to any Massage                                                                                                             Young Living's proprietary RAINDROP Technique
combines unique application to  targeted massage, with pure authentic
essential oils for a deeply harmonizing, rejuvenating, and
relaxing experience. The technique was developed by Young
Living Founder and CEO D. Gary Young. He draws from his
experience with the Lakota wellness traditions to help align
the body and mind.  Additional training and courses have been taken
​to perform this treatment. Oils are vita-flexed into feet and then dropped 
and massage into back and spine. This treatment is very detoxifying and helps 
unwind muscles to let the vertebrate elongate! Oils used are orega"no, thyme,
basil, cypress, marjoram, wintergreen & peppermint.  This treatment can only be
added on to 60 minute or 90 minute services. 

Dry Brush                                              add $15 to any Massage                                                                                          
​Perfect to exfoliate dry skin before massage oil application.
This treatment increases circulation, exfoliates dead skin, and
increases lymphatic flow. You get to keep your exfoliating brush 
or gloves after this treatment.

Marma Point Face Massage               add $10 to any Massage  
During this add on I use an organic calendula oil formulated for all skin
types. It is great to access the points in the face and  also  addresses TMJ
pain but is also deeply relaxing. 

Scalp Treatment                                 add $10 to any Massage  
A great way to treat the scalp with 100% pure oils. Oil is dropped into 
the scalp line and then deeply massaged throughout and evenly into
the hair. Aromatherapy oils can be added to any oil for an added experience.

Body Cupping                                     add $20 to any Massage
 This treatment is effective to stimulate healing for tight muscles and fascia. It pulls
blood to the region being worked on to help tissues. It is also moves lymphatic flow,
 and circulation to the region being worked on.  Cupping is very detoxifying 
and pain relieving.  Since cupping uses suction and pulls blood to the area please be
aware that the blood will surface to the skin. The first day it will be red and pink and will
turn to darker colors looking like a bruise. It usually takes 3-7 days for all marks to go away.


Facial Cupping                                     add $30 to any Massage
 Using special hand blown facial cups to stimulate circulation, decrease 
puffiness, move lymphatic flow, increase cell repair & regeneration. Performing
this treatment regularly will result in more youthful looking skin! Unlike body cupping
this treatment DOES NOT leave any marks. Great for congestion and drainage! 
An additional 15 minutes is included to perform this treatment. 

Gua Sha                                                   add $20 to any Massage
This treatment can be performed on back, neck, or face for tissue regeneration.
It is an ancient Chinese practice. I use rose quartz tools that help increase blood flow,
circulation, and pulls stagnate blood to the surface. This treatment is much deeper on 
the back or neck and you may have blood come to the surface, which looks like a bruise.
The face uses a gentle approach to help circulation and DOES NOT leave any marks, you 
may experience less puffiness though, especially around the eyes, yay!

SCHEDULING
Services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, I ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. 
​
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If any changes need to be made I politely ask that you do so within that 24 hour time period.  If you cancel after that 24 hours notice you will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee is 50% of your scheduled appointment cost and will be charged to your credit card. 48 hours notice required for groups of 3 or more. Thank you.
